Branson / Dukane Ultrasonic Sonic Welder Titanium Horn 20 Khz 0.478" x 4.22" Rectangular With 2 0.478 x 0.17" bosses that stick up 0.170" tall. These could be removed to make a flat
0.478" x 4.22" rectangular horn.
It has a .708" x .110"  groove on the rectangular face, See pictures.
It has a 3/8"-24 mounting stud.
Or you can used the flat face (around the bosses) as a flat faced Ultrasonic Horn without any custom mount plate.
Sides are have slight scuffs because it was stored in a bin with other Welding Horns, this does not affect horns performance.
