Manually Operated HDPE butt fusion welding machine is suitable for PE and PP pipes and fittings. High quality design and construction provides an excellent machine for welding both on the worksite and in the factory. The use of high quality Aluminum casting allows for lower weight without compromising strength and performance.
Suitable for thermoplastic pipes and fittings made of PP, PB, PE and PVDF which are operated in ditches or on construction sites.
Copper resistance is smaller than aluminum, low heat in use, not easy to burn out the motor, smooth current, heat is not wasted, energy saving and energy saving.
The blade is made of 9 chrome mesh steel, which prolongs the service life, not easy to rust, beautiful appearance, convenient and quick operation
Reasonable engineering mechanics design makes welding work more convenient and flexible.
The locking mechanism prevents external forces from being applied during welding.
