    Description

#11A, Scott Catalog number, horizontal used pair.  These are positions 96 & 97 R2L showing the rare Orange Brown color that is always on #10 & 10A, but very rare on an 11A.
The right stamp has a small nick at the bottom per the 2009 Philatelic Foundation certificate.  Considering the color and the impression this is probably an 1852 use.
The Orange Brown on a #11 or 11A is a very tough color to find.  Here is a pair with 2 certificates, one from 1979 & 1 from 2009!
