1800s Antique Childs Horse Drawn Bell Ringer Pull Toy 15" long 8" tall Victorian

It is in great overall shape.
Before my time, it looks like 2 legs were reglued, there was some repair to the neck and an old piece of leather was glued to the neck.
There is some wear to the back from the metal frame and part of the paper is missing from the belly.
The toy Rings when the sides of the bell touch, but it may have had a ball, It is missing the ball inside the bell but that is just a ball bearing that is easy to replace.
SIZE: is 15" long and Horse is 8" tall. The horse and wheels are in great shape.
