Super Nice 1982 SeaRay 225 Cuddy Cabin / Cabin Cruiser, (23' 4" length ) Not including swim platform,  8ft Beam,

Engine is Mercruiser 228 or Chevy 305, Boat has just over 550 hours on it, Runs really well, Starts up right now, Motor oil changed, Fuel system ( Gas Tank Flush, New Water separate, Fuel filter, And the carb was rebuilt) Done this year, However it has not been in the water for 2 seasons, It has been covered in storage in the pole barn, With all that has been going on, Never got a chance to use it,
As you can see in the pictures, The bottom has never been painted,
Has nice red full cockpit cover, Also has the original camper top, Camper top looks like it has never been used and is in like new condition, Comes with nice Load Rite roller trailer, All tires hold air, There is a spare tire also, If going on long trips, Might want some newer tires,
Cuddy is in nice shape, All cushion in good shape, No interior water damage or mold, There is a port-a-potty below, The cushions for the rear bench seat I recovered in a darker color, Wanted to go with a color that would accent the wood on the boat, I also have a roll of new marine vinal, more the original color if new own wanted to change it,
Comes with dock lines, Life preservers, Flares,
Boat is not perfect, Could use a few minor cosmetic things, A good waxing, Teak could use to be oiled again, Nothing that would keep anyone from using the boat,
Also, It is pretty dusty /dirty in the pics from sitting in the barn,
I have a clear Michigan Title for the boat, Bill of sale on the trailer,
This really is a nice Sturdy, Solid older boat, I hate to sell it but i really do not see using it any more,
