probably one of the most original examples in the USA right now.
great southwest desert survivor. stored carefully. never driven on salted roads. barely ever used to haul things, bed is in amazing condition.
sold new in '86 to a new mexico elderly man who serviced it religiously. 2nd owner also a retired mechanic who took great care.
original paint and interior. excellent candidate for easy restoration or leave as "survivor" with minor work. would make excellent daily driver!
genuine 92,250 original miles. barely broken in.
has never had any bodywork that we can discern ( original factory paint with the exception of a partial respray on a portion of the upper body)
metal bright trim all in great condition as well. save thousands!
smooth running 305  4 barrel. carb needs a tuneup or replace but engine has strong compression, runs smooth with no issues or noises. no major leaks.
TH350 auto trans- shifts firmly and smoothly. slight leak.
engine and trans are original to truck, numbers matching.
all glass is good
interior is 9.2 out of ten condition.
dash has cracks
no rust in frame , except normal surface rust. all floors fully solid and rut free, no rust anywhere on body with tiny exception , the 2 vertical rocker seams at bottom.
