If you were to have walked into a Ford dealership 27 years ago, looking for a brand new Ford F-150 XLT 4X4 pickup, this truck is exactly what you were hoping to find!
‘Red Hills Rods & Classics’ is very happy to offer you this absolutely incredible 1994 Ford F-150 XLT Lariat 4x4 Pickup, finished in its original Raven Black exterior, wrapped around a gorgeous Ruby Red Leather interior! This gorgeous Ford truck is a 100% original ‘time capsule’ w/ only 637 miles on the clock. She left the factory ‘loaded’ w/ optional equipment such as: Preferred Equipment Package 507A (tilt wheel, cruise control, air conditioning, light & convenience group, power windows, power door locks), 5.8 Electronic Fuel-Injected V8 Engine, Electronic 4-Speed Automatic Overdrive Transmission, 3.55 Limited-Slip Axle, Sliding Rear Window, Deluxe Carpeted Floor Mats, Trailer Towing Package, Dual Front/Rear Gas Tanks, Security Group (anti-theft security system, remote keyless entry), Light & Convenience Group A (illuminated visor/vanity mirror), Tachometer, Manual Locking Hubs, Chrome Electric Mirrors, Premium AM/FM/Compact Disc Sound System, Chrome Rear Step Bumper, and 40/20/40 Bench Seat.
These ninth-generation Ford Pickups have become quite collectible, as they merged the basic toughness, simplicity, and reliability that had come to define Ford pickups to that point w/ the modern features and drivetrains that were about to transform the entire truck market. With its sleek looks, strong drivetrain choice, and sheer ubiquity, it's easy to understand why the ninth-gen Ford F-150 is well on its way to becoming a ‘modern classic’. Increasingly, collectors are looking for old school trucks they can actually enjoy from behind the wheel, and perhaps even pitch in from time-to-time w/ hauling or towing duties. As the last Ford pickup prior to the 'big rig' era when beds and bodies began to super-size, the '92-'96 F-150 is also easier to navigate through urban traffic (not to mention park) than any current full-size design.
This particular example is simply the finest that you could ever hope to find! After Mr. Gary McKay purchased this pickup brand-new @ Herm Swanson’s Eatonville Ford on August 1, 1994, he immediately had the dealership install Ruby Red leather seats (the truck came w/ Ruby Red cloth seats from the factory), as leather seats were not available as an option in 1994 (the original seat covers will go w/ the truck). He also had the dealership install a front suspension leveling kit, mount a set of 17” Centerline polished alloy wheels, and wrap them w/ beefy BF Goodrich All Terrain radial tires (LT285/70/R17). These upgrades obviously gave the truck a much more stylish and aggressive look as you can see by the photos. Mr. McKay drove his new truck for a total of 574 miles, and then parked it in his climate-controlled garage, never having been driven in rain or in bad weather of any kind. He kept the pickup until 2020, when it was sold to the second owner, who had the truck fully serviced at his local Ford dealership on March 5th, 2020. It now sits on our sales floor here in St. George, Utah, w/ only 637 original miles, and in absolutely ‘flawless’ showroom condition! You will never find another 1994 Ford pickup in such perfect original condition, period! The original Raven Black paint shines like black chrome, w/ absolutely NO chips, NO blemishes, and NO distractions of any kind whatsoever. The bed is absolutely flawless as well, and looks like it did on the showroom floor back in 1994. All of the chrome and stainless-steel trim is simply perfect throughout. When you open the driver’s door, that ‘new truck’ smell hits you immediately. The Ruby Red interior looks like it has never even been sat in, and is in absolutely ‘mint’ condition from front to back. Having the dealership install leather seats was an excellent choice, as it really gives the interior much more of an elegant appearance. All of the gauges, lights, blinkers, etc., are in perfect working condition. Please look closely at the photos to see how perfect this interior truly is. Pop open the hood and you will find an engine bay that looks just like the rest of the truck: mint, mint, MINT! Again, where are you ever going to find a 27-year-old pickup in such ‘brand new’ condition?
The new owner will receive every piece of original paperwork that came w/ the truck from day one, including: original window sticker, original owner’s manuals, original owner’s ‘Preferred Care’ card, original dealership sales invoice, original order form, original odometer statement, copy of the original MSO, original emissions test report, copy of check used for deposit, original hang-tags, (2) original key fobs w/ dealership tags, etc.
If you have been searching for a 1992-1996 Ford 4X4 pickup, one that can win ‘First Place’ awards @ any car/truck event in the country, and one that can be driven and enjoyed to the fullest, it would be next to impossible to beat this absolutely 'perfect' 1994 Ford F-150 XLT Lariat 4x4 Pickup!
