    Description

    2009 Piaggio BV250, RUNS BUT NEEDS WORK, 12,950 miles, clean title.
    This bike runs and rides but it has some pretty loud clatter that sounds like it is coming from the belt drive housing.  It is also difficult to roll when it is not running and makes a loud squealing sound when you push it.  My guess would be that something is damaged in the belt/roller system but we have not looked into it.  The ignition switch is stiff when turning the key.  Jiggling the key helps it to turn.  There is only one key and it is not the brown master key.  The low beam is not working.  The brake light is not working.  All other electrical components work.
