3.00" x 1.25" Composite Branson / Dukane Ultrasonic Sonic Welder Aluminum Horn 20 Khz  Rectangular 3/8"-24 TPI mount with 2 - 1" Diameter Titanium Horns that are 1.56" Centers.
This horn's tip has 2 small 1.00" x 0.387" Rectangular Knurled Tips at the end of each of the 1.00" Diameter Circular horns in the composite horn. These could be replaced by other 1" diameter titanium horns to weld 2 parts at the same time. Both knurled tips are slightly radiused, one is symmetrical and the other is at a slight angle. Both Titanium horns could be remachined, or you could machine your own 1" diameter horns to make 2 parts at the same time.

Sides are have slight scuffs because it was stored in a bin with other Welding Horns, this does not affect horns performance.
