5/16" Foam Pads for your 8-track tape restorations. These pads offer a slick thin flexible clear top film which helps to resist graphite build-up, giving you a better contour around your player's audio head for great sound with less resistance on the player's audio head. Flex contours around your player's track change solenoid offering a great track change. Unlike the 30EZ Peel Gray and the 30EZ Peel Black, these pads have a white plastic base. Because it has no peel & stick at the bottom of the foam pad and already has a white plastic base, just insert them into your cartridge, and, your tape is ready to play once your foil splice has been inspected. The top clear film and plastic white base will not peel away from the gray foam, giving you many years of enjoyment from your 8-track tape.
Each pad is similar to the specifications and dimensions as the original manufactured vintage foam pad

Directions: Remove old original foam pad and insert new one. If center foam cartridge well bridge is too low to insert new foam pad under, take a razor and cut from the center length of the top clear film of the foam pad down to the top of the white foam pad base.
