The Toy Kraft Co. Studios SR. Circus Wagon with animals

Please refer to the images for condition. Here are a few issues I can point out:
• I believe this piece is missing a driver who would have sat on top of the red wagon.
• The paint is very worn
• The nail/peg that would have attached the wagon to the horses is missing.
• There is a 399 mark on the side of the wagon in permanent marker.
• Missing the pull string.
• The seal & duck are broken.
• The wagon has some wear and is coming apart a bit in top corner.
Total 12 pieces (2 sets of prancing hoses on wheels, 1 wagon, 1 individual prancing horse, 1 lion, 1, tiger, 1 giraffe, 1 elephant, 1 duck, 1 seal, 1 bear, 1 camel.)
In my research on this piece, I believe it's the (#521) Sr. Circus Wagon with 4 prancing horse, driver and 7 animals, but it also may include some animals from the (#531) Circus tent both from around 1938.
Wagon plus the horses measure approximately 38.5 L, 10.5 H, 9.5 W
