Automated Heat Staker with Keyence Microcontroller

Description

Semiautomated Heat Staker with 200W cartridge, SMC MXS12-50 slide, Watlow thermal controller, Omron H5CX-A timer, Keyence KV-16AR microcontroller, and Continental RVDA/6V25 SSR and its own pressure regulator.  This unit does NOT have a slide or separate fixed platen base.  It does have a small stripper cylinder to keep the staked part in place as slide retracts.  Two hand no-tie-downs work together to initiate staking process.  Timer and temperature controller can be set and referenced real-time outside their enclosure.  Proper operation verified by me personally on 2/5/2021.
Keyence interface cable and software must be supplied by buyer.  The Keyence provides the logic that notes sensor condition, prevents premature operation, and operates small side cylinder to keep the main slide retracted when air pressure is lost (a nice feature).  Essentially, if you upgrade press capacity or heater cartridge but keep the same sensor configuration, you shouldn't need to touch the Keyence.
Overall dimensions:  17 1/2" x 21" x 24"  Weight is 54.5 lbs
This is a huge bargain for anyone who has small staking needs for plastic parts, or who is willing to do the upgrades required for larger parts.  I am happy to answer whatever questions you may have, to the best of my ability.  I am happy to package the staker securely for shipment and engage in reasonable legwork to make it happen.  However, buyer must actually do the arranging for shipment, lest postage become a major expense.  7-day inspection for refund, return shipping is responsibility of buyer.  Please, no international sales or shipments due to too many horrible experiences.
Original cost was something like k.  As you can see from the control box layout and general workmanship, KD Automation did a pretty good job of it.
