Automated Heat Staker

Description

Semiautomated Heat Staker with SMC CXSM32-75 airslide, Watlow 932a heater controller, 200W heater element, Omron H5CX-A timer, Continental RVDA/6V25 SSR and its own pressure regulator.  This unit has a sliding platen.  Two hand no-tie-downs work together to initiate press process.  Timer can be set and referenced real-time outside its enclosure.  Proper operation verified by me personally on 2/5/2021.
Dimensions:
Slide dimensions 5" deep by 5 1/4" wide.  Slide manual with detent on either end, with travel of 2.75".
Overall dimensions:  16" x 16" x 19"  Weight is 47.6 lbs.
This is a huge bargain for anyone who has small heatstaking
or
press
needs for plastic parts, or who is willing to do the upgrades required for larger capacity.  I am happy to answer whatever questions you may have, to the best of my ability.  I am happy to package the heatstaker securely for shipment and engage in reasonable legwork to make it happen.  However, buyer must actually do the arranging for shipment, lest postage become a major expense.  7-day inspection for refund, return shipping is responsibility of buyer.  Please, no international sales or shipments due to past bad experiences.
Original cost was something like k.  As you can see from the control box layout and general workmanship, KD Automation did a pretty good job of it.
