    Description

    This unit was built in 2009 and is in very good condition and very clean.
    This is a 20kHz 1200 watt iQ series ultrasonic generator with basic controls to operate with a hand probe or in automation welding by time energy or peak power, or as a replacement for an iQ-LS series 20 kHz generator (consult downloadable manual from Dukane to make sure all the features you need are on this unit and compatible with existing connection to automation if you plan to use this as a backup or replacement for a LS unit).
    It welds by time, energy, or peak power, and monitors time and power parameters with programmable limits.
    This generator is all digital, amplitude can be set from 100% down to 20% from the menu, and it can generate full rated power continuously.  Dukane has blessed this generator with a large number of basic generator settings available on menues, and a factory reset feature if you somehow program it in such a way that it cannot run the tooling stack you have connected to it.  Consult the downloadable manual about connecting this unit to a PLC or computer using the built-in RS-232 or a 110-4644 iQ LinkQ ethernet module if you wish to do so.
    This is a fourth-generation all-digital ultrasonic unit that is still in production with full factory support available now and well into the future.  It is comparable or superior to all of the very best ultrasonic units produced anywhere in the world today.  If well cared for, it should give decades of reliable service.
    Requires 220V single-phase 10 A service.  Power cord connection to generator is NEMA 5-15.
