This is an adapter kit to fit a Fisher Space Pen refill or Rite-in-the-Rain refill in a Sheaffer Sentinel (Made in U.S.A.) pen body. The kit consist of a brass extender and a spring.
The adapter is made in the U.S.A. It is made in my basement to be more precise.
With a little practice the brass extender can work as a high pitch whistle.
