“Pebbles” the Camel
1999 - Toy Town USA - East Aurora, NY - 99002 (marked below tail); 01125 (marked on left back leg); and heavy wear (peeling, scratches, discoloration/stained).
“Blizzard” the Running Bear
2000 - Toy Town USA - East Aurora, NY - 20003 (marked by where tail would be); 01415 (marked on left back leg); Some wear ( water stains, chipped paint, peeling and scratches); and the stamp still has good color to it.
Both pieces pulling metal/mechanism are in tact and functioning properly as I manually tested. However, a tuning/lubrication of the metal screws (all accounted for EXCEPT the bear is missing the “V” shaped metal piece at the bottom where the pull cord would be attached - camel has it), it would definitely make pulling a lot smoother. Both pieces will need some restoration. Both used items had been been stored in a box with other toys in the basement, which could be the reason for the colors fading and scratches. Original box and certificate of authenticity are not included.
