Floor Bell Toy With Noiseless Padded Wheels

Old floor chime bell toy.  Wheels are covered with a cloth/canvas material which was used to dampen the noise when children rolled the toy on hard wood floors.  Material is stitched to hold tightly on.  All appears to be original including 31" pulling string and round wood ball.  Spoked wheels are approx. 5-1/2" diameter.  Toy is approx. 3-1/2" wide and in very good condition with the exception of a missing bell clapper ball inside the bell.  This could easily be replaced.  Feel free to ask any questions.  Ship only to lower 48 contiguous states.
