From inventory of items acquired from the bank auction of an out-of-business Miami high-end appliance distributor.  Will be selling various brands with the majority being made by Gaggenau, Wolf and Thermador.  Check my store as items will be added daily as we can get them uploaded. Some items we have a few of and some items only one.

This cooktop is missing it's brass burner caps, stainless control knobs, spindle extensions and some misc hardware (see last photo).  It is probably is not cost efficient to buy my cooktop and add the missing parts from Gaggenau to make the complete set as they are quite expensive components.  This lot makes more sense for someone who already has purchased the burner caps and/or the control knobs and just needs this cooktop and grates to make a nice fresh appearance to their kitchen.

The Vario gas cooktop VG 491 has five multi-ring burners: with a wok as well as two high output and standard output burners each. Automatic fast ignition, electronic flame monitoring and smooth-surface cast iron roaster support made ¹ ¹from finely processed stainless steel ensure convenient cooking while stainless steel control knobs with cooking zone and power labelling also ensures optimum ease of handling.
With the new Vario 400 Series modular cooktops, multiple solutions are available to fit each individual's taste. For the first time ever, the grill, Teppan Yaki, steamer or deep fryer can be freely be combined with induction or gas cooktops in 15" and 36" widths to create a beautifully-styled unit.
The new Vario 400 Series can be surface or flush mounted thanks to the precision crafting of 1/8" stainless steel.
Overhead hood, retractable AL 400 or VL 414 downdraft ventilation may be used with the Vario 400 Series.

Condition: New but no box and missing hardware components.  Made in 9/2015.  Couple little scratch areas on front right trim as seen in second to last photo.  No other noteworthy scratches.
Limited testing: Plugged in 120V power cord.  Turned one of the "control knob arms" on bottom front and the unit tells all 5 igniters to spark.  Note: All spark at same time but only light if gas knob itself is turned to send gas to corresponding chosen burner(s).
Will be shipped in a double walled box.  Fedex Office will be paid to add internal bubble wrap or Instapak to finish the packaging to protect the glass.
