These are top quality dog collars in the Mossy Oak Blaze Hunter's Safety Orange Camo pattern with Black Hardware. This is a great looking collar that are made of nylon. These are available in D Ring (by the buckle) or D and Ring In Center (D&O). These collars are double-ply 3/4" or 1" collars, depending on your choice with a heavy gauge weld. Made in the USA!
Properly measuring your dog's neck is important to do before you order.
I know that sounds silly but you would not believe the amount of return request we get because people did not measure their dog's neck before ordering.  The best way to measure your dog's neck is to use a string or soft/cloth measuring tape and run it around the dog's neck, where you place the collar and mark with your finger or marker where they meet.  Then take the string or soft/cloth measuring tape and measure it against a tape measure or ruler, then find which size collar that falls within the measurements you have. If you have a Yorkie or small dog and the neck size is only 5", these collars will not fit your dog.  If your dog is a Mastiff with a 25" neck, these collars will not fit your dog. However, if you have a Golden Retriever with a 15" neck, we recommend choosing either the 18" or 19" collar, not the 22" collar because you will have a lot of excess material.
RETURNS:
Please note - we do offer a return on these collars ONLY if you did not receive it with a custom brass name tag and it is in brand new, unused condition. If you have a custom brass name tag attached to these, we cannot remove the tag without permanently damaging the collar material, therefore we CANNOT accept those for return. The only exception to that rule would be if we made a typo error on the tag. This is why is crucial that you measure your dog's neck before ordering.
These 3/4" x 2 3/4" brass tags can have 1 to 4 lines of tag info,  if you need 4 lines it will be in the
smaller font
. You can have up to
18 characters
per line (including spaces), for 4 lines you can have 21 characters per line (including spaces, small font). We can stamp the Letters

These are printed just as they are typed so be sure to double check your tag information!
If no tag information is received within 24 hours of the order being placed, your collar will be shipped without a name tag!
There are two ways to submit your custom name tag information to us. Option #1 is on the checkout page, you can choose "Add Message to Seller" and type your tag information there. Option #2 is on your Purchase History screen select "Contact Seller" and send us a message with your tag information. If we have not received your tag information within 48 hours, we will ship your collar with out a custom name tag. If you don't want a tag, if you would please note that to us as well so we can ship your item faster.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange. Any product you return MUST be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
For Our Custom Name Collars: Any returned name tag collars or leads that have a custom name tag, the refund will have .00 deducted from the refund total for each tag, as these are not reusable.
Collar Orders: If the collar is worn or cut a refund will not be issued.
Used:
Any used equipment, unless otherwise stated in the listing, comes with a 30 day warranty. "Used" means it has been used by a consumer, returned to us for various reason(s); we test, clean, reassemble if necessary and resell the item with a 30 day warranty.
Refurbished:
Any Refurbished equipment comes with a 90 day warranty, unless otherwise stated in the listing. These Items have been refurbished by the manufacturer back to new working condition.
Broke:
Any equipment sold under the condition of broken is not eligible for returns. These items are sold for parts only. Broken items are the only items that we do not offer a return service.
