As this cooktop is in Used Condition, there is normal wear & imperfections.
The previous owner indicated that this item works and was selling since doing a kitchen remodel.  I tested the burner heads for spark and they all worked!!
However, this item is being sold As Is because it's Used, it's not mine, and it could not be "fully" tested (hooked up to natural gas) by me following the uninstall because I lack the proper equipment and expertise.
The natural gas regulator is included with this item; however, t
he buyer is responsible for any additional parts needed for hookup.
Recommend using a professional installer who should have these parts; or you may be able to source these using the model number in the picture.
Given this, I significantly discounted pricing on this item!
