Tested and in working condition, works perfectly. Gently used. Downdraft fan has multiple speeds. Measures 30" in width, 22" height. See video and photos for any additional details.
The item has been tested by the seller and is being sold as is, with no guarantees, warranties or returns and with scratches, scuffs and scrapes (see photos for details). Item is freight shipment and will be delivered to your local YRC terminal or to your commercial address that has a loading dock on a pallet. The item will be shipped on a pallet.
Shipping is free to your local YRC terminal only unless you have a commercial dock. You must pick up the cooktop at your local YRC. It will be shipped on a pallet. You can remove it from the pallet when you pick it up if need be in order to transport it to your residence.

All freight shipments will be noted in the description as “freight shipment”. If your PayPal confirmed shipping address is not a commercial address with loading dock, then your item will be shipped to your local freight terminal where it will be held for you to pick it up. Sometimes we are able to ship to residential addresses for an additional fee.  The item will be shipped through YRC (https://yrc.com/). Seller reserves the right to cancel a transaction if the seller must use a contracted delivery instead of YRC. Seller reserves the right to ship through another freight carrier, other than YRC, if seller so chooses to do so. We carry insurance on all of our items.  In the event buyer agrees to pick up the item from the local YRC terminal and fails to do so, buyer agrees to pay for return shipping to seller and forfeits the item. Any additional freight shipping charges or fees, outside of the original shipping fee, the buyer agrees to pay for.

Shipping Terms
: Buyer agrees to pay for shipping and packaging fees listed in the Ebay ad. *In case of returns, buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (domestic and international). *We can accommodate local pickup- please contact us. *We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping or freight carriers. WE DO INSURE ALL PACKAGES and are able to provide proof of insurance if needed to file a claim. Handling and shipping time is 10 business days. We will do our best to ship the item within 5 business days.
Returns
: When accepted, returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 30days of delivery. Returns will be charged a 20% (of the purchase price) restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping (original and return shipping). The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sold. All components included in the original listing must be included in the return. Tracking information must be provided for the return shipment. Insurance is required for the return shipment. Insurance must cover the full purchase price of the item and the item must be packaged according to the shipper's guidelines. We will not be held for any damage during the return shipment. The item must be shipped per the shippers guidelines. Extra charges may apply to any returns which do not comply with these terms.
Payment terms:
We accept PayPal or cash at local pick up. If we do not receive payment within 3 days, we will assume you are forfeiting your purchase and the item will no longer be available to the buyer.
Packaging:
All items are packaged to the shipping guidelines per carrier. Freight shipments are strapped to a pallet and cellophane wrapped.
