““*Cooktop was recently removed from a remodel and is known to be in good working condition. It is has been deep cleaned. Everything pictured is included. Please inspect all pictures carefully before purchasing. Please see all pictures as they show some normal wear such as some scratches/scrapes/scruffs/marks on the silver cooktop surface and sides . Please note some of the words in black near the control knobs are worn.

On this item, if possible, the downdraft/blower/knobs will be taken off and shipped in 1 box and the cooktop in a 2nd box. If not, the cooktop and downdraft will be shipped together in 1 box and the cast iron grates and knobs in a 2nd box.
This item is pre-owned but in good condition. It will have signs of normal wear.

*Please note that calculated shipping is based on UPS. However, we reserve the right to ship for the same cost via FedEx or another carrier. We prefer to ship by FedEx, UPS or USPS.
*We are not responsible for any damage caused buy shipping or freight carriers. We do insure all packages and will provide proof of insurance if needed to file a claim.

Returns:
When accepted, returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All components and accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms.
Although every effort has been made to photograph and describe this item accurately and completely, it is being sold "As Is" with no warranties expressed or implied. If it's not in the picture, it probably doesn't come with it. Please ask.
We do not accept responsibility for damage after the item leaves our location. It will leave our building in good condition. We insure ALL of our shipments and take photographs when they are wrapped prior to shipping.
We also cannot warranty equipment. Warranties are only available from the manufacturer on new equipment for a limited time. If you prefer a warranty we suggest you pay the higher cost for new equipment. We test every piece we are capable of, prior to sending it out. We sell our equipment at a deep discount from the new price and want you to consider it as NOT WORKING regardless of the pictures so you understand that if you need a part like a thermostat, igniter, ignition switch, knob, electrical components, blower, or any other parts, that we do not take responsibility for this. It is your sole responsibility as the buyer to buy the parts you may or may not need and to hire a professional for the instillation of said item.
