This appears to be a grill accessory kit. It does include the control box with 4 knobs (part #205512). That says this is to be used with Jenn-Air Cooktop CM100,CM200 & CMU200 (NOT INCLUDED).
What's included:
the grill liner pan, grill element, 2 grill grates, 2 glass plates (I'm assuming grill covers, not sure), control box and long grates strip (photo #3).
I do not install these, I purchased it from an appliance shop. You would need to speak with a professional installer to see if this would work with your system.
