This cooktop can be used to run on

LP gas & natural gas and includes a regulator.

As this item is used, it shows normal signs of use (imperfections including some discoloration, scratches, scuffs, burn marks), none of which will affect performance.

the burners and they spark!

the downdraft fan and it works!
The natural gas regulator is included with this item.  However, it could not be tested as I purchased this cooktop from a previous owner and don’t have the gas hookup or expertise to test.
As such, I discounted the price by 0 (cost for a new regulator) in the event the regulator doesn’t work.  However, this is unlikely.  This owner stated the cooktop worked; and was selling it to replace with an electric for a kitchen remodel.  I verified he did the remodel.
The buyer is responsible for any additional parts needed for hookup, ie:  gas hose.
