My "free shipping" is for the a UPS deliverable address in the lower 48 states.  I am more than happy to ship to HI, AK, PR and territories, just be aware there may be a small upcharge since "ground" costs to those locations
are much higher.   Shipping to po box/usps only will be higher as well.
