This commercial-grade countertop burner instantly recognizes cooking changes, like adding liquids or more ingredients and immediately adjusts its power to keep the cooking temperature consistent. The Control Freak induction cooking system allows you to accurately control 397 different temperature settings, from 86°F to 482°F, for precision temperature control whether deep-frying, slow-cooking or sous vide. A through-glass heat sensor measures surface temperatures, and a Probe Control remote thermometer monitors liquids like water and fat-based liquids. Use the Create function to save your temperature profiles for consistent results every time.
