    Description

    TUNING FORK SET of 12
    Set of equal tempered tuning forks to aid in piano/organ/instrument tuning.
    Useful to help set the temperament octave in a piano, for instance.
    Nickel plated steel. Note name and frequency stamped on each fork handle. Accuracy is to two decimal places. (Example: "392.68 Hz")
    These are serious, accurate tuning forks of high quality, not toys or intended for medical uses. They were made for keyboard tuning.
    Set consists of 12 forks in a cloth roll-up case. The top "c" fork is missing.
    Some writing on the case interior. These forks are about 60 years old.
    There is a logo stamped on each handle, but it was too small to photograph and I don't recognize it.
    Clean and in excellent condition. Solidly made and cared for.
