The musical opened in NYC on 10/01/87 and ran for only 12 performances.  The cast includes Georgia Brown, Bob Gunton, Marcia Lewis, Al DeCristo, Michele Mais, Monique Cintron, Stephen Rosenberg, Yamil Borges, David Shoichi Chan, Mandla Msomi, Richard Frisch, Neal Ben-Ari, Ira Hawkins, Max Loving, Jerry Matz, Joey McKneely, Thuli Dumakude, and Alex Paez.
Music by Gilbert Becaud, lyrics and book by Julian More (based on La Vie Devant Soi by Romain Gary).  Directed by Harold Prince and choreographed by Patricia Birch.
