skirt with panels of ruffles, made in Japan. All tags are in Japanese so I cannot read them. But most likely polyester with acetate lining. True black but I lightened it a bit so you can see the details better
. Lined. Zipper & hook & eye closure with panels of elastic

comfort and a little stretch in the waist. Size XS.
