skirt, made in Japan. All tags are in Japanese so I cannot read them. But most likely polyester with acetate lining. Green with a colorful under ruffle that can be shown off by buttoning the skirt up to the waist. Zipper & hook & eye closure with panels of elastic
for
comfort and a little stretch in the waist. Size XS.
