The employees all clean and test and list each item. This isn't just a job for us but freedom so if something is not as we described, we will refund, replace or discount the product price. We do not offer "unconditional returns" as the cost and time involved with handling returns due to buyer "no longer needing product" or they "changed their mind" is more than our small business can handle.
