Small Vintage Store Display ? Greyhound Wagon Aluminum General Toy Pull

It does have some surface rust. Wagon is solid.
24 inches long x 12 wide at the wheels x 8.5 tall at the wagon lip.
I also have a full size one listed for sale. This is why I am guessing a display model for this one. No guarantees,  you be the judge.
