If the items are unused you may return it in the original packaging within 30 days of placing your order. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. There will also be a restocking fee of 50% of the original price.
ELECTRICAL PARTS
Electrical parts that were installed including but not limited to Controls, Power Control Boards, Motors, Timers, Transformers, Switches and Gas/Water Valves do not qualify for full refunds. A restocking fee of 50% will be taken from the original purchase price. Exceptions will be made only if the mistake was made on our end.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
All defective claims are subject to evaluation. Item(s) will be examined by a specialist to determine and conclude it’s originality and usage. Factory numbers will be matched and compared and the item will be checked to verify our UV mark is present. Items damaged due to improper installation will not be refunded.
Important- All returned parts that are in full working condition will be considered as no longer needed/wanted and eligible for a refund
of the original purchase price minus the 50% restocking fee.
