    Description

    Here is a VF mint hinged #220 with nice carmine color. The 2021 Scott Specialized catalog has this stamp priced at .00.  The perforations and color are very nice.  I try to grade stamps as best I can, but I'm no expert.  Be sure to check the "Conditions" above.  As always, if I missed something or you "JUST DON'T LIKE IT", just send it back and I'll send you a full refund with "no questions asked".
