    Quite an excellent #30 with 4 clear margins, blue and red cancels, and no faults.
    Great orange brown color - I'm highly confident of the identification as I always compare to my certified copies - however, if you want to get it certified, contact me after purchase and I'll provide extra time for returns to allow for it.
    Note that the first known usage of Scott #30 was May 1861, making this a great example.
