    Description

There are two dissenting opinion regarding this stamp. One agrees with the identification that it came with and further refines this by noting, "It is a C Relief misplaced. The guide dot should be on the lr corner of the bottom label block. it is 21L1Early. 11,300 impressions."
Another disagrees and says that "
All stamps from plate 1L are Scott #11A. None are orange brown. Orange brown comes from plate l E {plate one early}. Also it's easy to tell because one early stamps have sharp printing features because the plate was brand new. The stamp comes from late use of the plate when it was worn out and the printing is blurry."
If you have another opinion, please let me know and I will include it in the description.
