    I grade this item: Very Fine 1-C, which means:
    Very well-centered & Sound, with excellent color and attractive light cancel.   This is quite a choice grade for this issue.  From 1200 stamps I graded from this issue, only 15 qualified for this grade (less than 2% of the supply!).
