New without tags, pre owned but never worn, mint condition. No smells, stains or flaws. Hook and eye closure. Zipper works. Self belt included. Vent at bottom of skirt is stitched closed by manufacturer.

Stitching should be removed before wearing. Skirt is lined. Item is clean and ready to wear.
