Vespa ET2 50cc scooter - Needs work

Vespa ET2 50cc Scooter. Not currently running. It's been sitting for about a 18 months so it will need some work.
5116 miles on the odometer. Ran fine, stronger than I expected for a 50cc engine. The only issue I ever had with it was needing to clean the carb semi often. It died on me at a light one day, I started it back up, went home and it didn't start the next day. Cleaned the carb and it didn't fix it. I was already about to buy something new so I put off fixing it up. I doubt its anything serious but I can't say for sure. If I had more time I would fix it up myself, but at the moment its just in the way.
It has some scrapes on the right side from before I bought it, and a dent in the left side from me laying it down once.
Other than not currently starting up, it will need a new front tire (leaks), battery and I would recommend replacing fuel line and stuff since it's been sitting.
Clean title, no issues.
