Obviously, parts are missing so you can't tell what kind of car/truck it is. The wheels are made of wood. There is metal in the center to replicate hub cabs. It sounds like there are beads of some kind inside the wheels. You can hear them when you roll the wheels. The twine measures 61" long with a wooden ball on the end.
