Vintage Kouvalias Flowers & Ringing Bell Pull Toy - Made in Greece

Vintage pull toy that when pulled the flowers are suppose to rotate and the bell rings.  However there is a about 1/3" area of rubber missing from the wheel underneath....so that wheel does not touch the ground (which is needed to make it work).  You can still pull it because of the other four wheels and the bell rings (and the flowers wiggle because they are on springs).  This toy is by Kouvalias and made in Greece. Colors are still very bright. Condition is used with the normal wear to the paint etc.
*Please note-the shipping price is a flat rate.  I mostly ship USPS but on heavier, larger items I may use fed ex smart post.
*I pack items very well and everything has a tracking number.  Once I mail an item I can't be held responsible for what happens to the package. If it gets lost, damaged or stolen then I will do all I can to get the claim filed, etc....however I can't control what happens after I mail it.  With this said I will work with the buyer to help in any way I can.
*I will only ship to the address you have on file with eBay so it's up to you to make sure the address is current and correct.

*Starting January first eBay is required to collect sales tax from certain states that recently passed new laws.  I have nothing to do with that....it is all through eBay.
