Vintage Unique Duck in Jalopy Car Plastic Pull Toy Made in Italy CRC

This is a unique little plastic pull toy with a duck wearing a ball cap in a jalopy car.
I'm not sure if this is meant to be a mock up of Donald Duck.
It is approx 9.5" tall and 10 1/2" long.
Made in Italy is on the bottom as well as CRC and both front and back license plates say CRC.
I believe that is the manufacturer's name.
As you pull the toy, the duck's head goes up and down.
Pull string is intact,but frayed on the end of it. Makes a clacking noise as it is pulled, also.
Although made in Italy, I believe this was purchased in Germany in the 1960s or early 1970s.
Selling for the original owner.
There are some scuffs and marks from use and storage. Some rough spots on the plastic edges from the mold process.
Some tarnish on the metal on the "axels" of the wheels from age.
A very interesting display piece for a collection.
