Vintage Wooden Horse Pull Toy Wheeled Folk Art Decor 16.5" x 14" x 6.5"

his is folk art that was used as decor most recently and may have actually been intended as a Childs toy.  It is a solid item but does have a bowl that is missing it's pin, dog chewed end.  It is hand painted with rope pull and tail.
Approximate measurements:  16.5" tall x 14" long (not with rope) x 6.5" across wheels.
