The downdraft fan is included. The fan is new and has never been hooked up as is the cooktop. All components are in the original box and in perfect condition as best as I can tell. Comes with manuals, filter, fan, fan box, vent cover, cushioning tape, fan box install screws, and (4) locknuts to mount the fan. New in box except I wire nutted and tested the primary unit (less the fan) to ensure all electronics were working properly (see video). Very nice looking and operating unit. Assembled in the USA quality.

Freight Option #1 (Most Popular) - Pallet Pickup at Somewhat Local Freight Terminal (9)
In order to offer the buyer economical shipping rates and responsible handling of their item we are very selective with the carriers we hire. For this reason, drive time to the terminal can range from about 20-60 minutes one way but in rare cases drive time can exceed 60 minutes... please contact us prior to purchase if you’d like to know your specific drive time in advance or Google "YRC terminal near me".
Terminal Pickup Notes:
* The carrier will notify the buyer by phone when the pallet is (or will be) ready for pickup. The buyer’s vehicle must be forklift loadable.
* If the pallet is not picked up at the terminal within 2 business days of the 'ready for pickup notification’ the buyer may be charged per day for storage.
* Terminal pickup is generally faster and notably cheaper than curbside delivery.
Freight Option #2 - Residential Curbside Delivery W/ Included Lift Gate Service (9 + 0 = 9)
Please contact us prior to purchase and request residential curbside delivery for this option so we can increase the freight amount on the listing by 0 to reflect this shipping preference.
Residential Delivery Notes:
* Curbside delivery is technically at the end of the driveway, but if the driver is in a good mood they may bring the crate near your home with a pallet jack.
* We will need a delivery contact name and phone number prior to shipment. The terminal will use this phone number to schedule the delivery with the buyer (Note: no deliveries on weekends). If the buyer is not present during the first delivery attempt on the scheduled day, the buyer will typically be responsible for a redelivery fee (around 5), thus, this option is not recommended unless the buyer will be at the delivery address anyway. Delivery windows are typically scheduled in a 4 hour block on weekdays only (example: Tuesday from 1:00-5:00PM)

We make no guarantees to functionality after the item leaves our facility although it is our expectation that the overwhelming majority of items will carry no issues for buyers whatsoever within a reasonable time period.
