The musical opened NYC on 02/25/53 and ran for 559 performances.  It opened in London on 02/24/55 and ran for 207 performances.  This London revival opened on 08/07/86 and ran for 267 performances.  The cast includes Maureen Lipman, Ray Lonnen, Emily Morgan, James Berwick, John Cassady, Nicolas Colicos, Robert Dallas, Peter Edbrook, Michael Fitzpatrick, Lesley Joseph, Julie Jupp, Angela Moran, Ben Stevens, Pippa Boulter, Daniel Coll, Lucy Fenwick, Judy Hopton, Leslie Meadows, Ted Merwood, Astra Sheridan and Nigel Stephenson.  Music by Leonard Bernstein, lyrics by Betty Comden & Adolph Green and book by Joseph Fields & Jerome Chodorov (based on the play My Sister Eileen by Joseph Fields & Jerome Chodorov and the stories by Ruth McKenney).  Directed by Martin Conner and choreographed by David Toguri

CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
